-Since 1993, it’s been my privilege to serve Delta County buyers and sellers from the same Western Colorado Realty.com office in Hotchkiss. I’ve seen many changes in the local market, both good and bad. The one thing I’ve always loved about being a Realtor in this area is that each client is different, with different needs, as is each property.Delta County’s market requires the knowledge and ability to sell not only homes, but also businesses, farms, ranches, orchards, and homesites; a different challenge every day, which I very much enjoy. I love working with first-time homebuyers as much as I do representing a large corporation. I bring the same enthusiasm to any client buying or selling real estate in our area.
Many times, I’m the first person a newcomer to the area meets, and helping them make the right real estate decision is why so many of them become close friends and repeat customers.
